The Sydney Ice Dogs have announced that Andrew Petrie has resigned as head coach however no reason was given for the resignation. Petrie was appointed back in May 2014, taking over from interim coach Dion Dunwoodie.
Update: Petrie has signed with the Newcastle North Stars as head coach for the 2015 season.
