Australian inline team defeat Austria to advance to the semifinals

The Australian national inline hockey team have won their quarterfinal match against Austria 6-3 at the 2015 IIHF World Championship Division I tournament. The team now advances to the semifinals where they will meet Great Britain who defeated Hungary 7-5. Croatia and Argentina will meet in the other semifinal after defeating Bulgaria 23-0 and Latvia 5-4 respectively. The four losing teams of the quarterfinals move onto the classification round where they must win in order to avoid having to play in the relegation game. The Sydney Bears Cameron Todd was named best Australian player of the match. Australia will play Great Britain today at 17:00 local time.
