2015 ECSL playoffs: Semifinals

The semifinals of the 2015 East Coast Super League playoffs have finished with the Reach Rebels and the Sting advancing to the finals series which kicks off on 3 October at the Canterbury Olympic Ice Rink. The semifinals are a two game series with the winner being determined on a cumulative aggregate format. In Semifinal A the Rebels defeated the Raptors in both games and finished with an aggregate score of 12-1. In Semifinal B the Sting finished with an aggregate score of 10-6 after defeating the North Stars in both of their games.

Semifinal A

  • Penrith Raptors 1 – 5 Reach Rebels (18:30, 26 September 2015, Canterbury Olympic Ice Rink).

  • The Rebels defeat the Raptors 12-1 on aggregate.

Semifinal B

  • Sting 4 – 3 Newcastle North Stars ECSL (15:45, 26 September 2015, Hunter Ice Skating Stadium).

  • The Sting defeat the North Stars 10-6 on aggregate.
