The Northern Messenger is reporting that a Memorandum of Understanding has been signed between Cruachan Investments and Playford Council allowing the developer to move forward with plans to build a new ice rink in Elizabeth, South Australia. Cruachan Investments now have until 30 June to develop its proposal before putting it forward for council approval.
