The Australian Ice Hockey League has released the schedule for the upcoming 2017 season. The regular season will start on 22 April and run through to 27 August followed by the playoff weekend on 2 and 3 September at a location to be announced. After one season it appears that the league will not return to Brisbane for the two-game weekend dubbed the Brisbane Battle, while the All-Star Weekend is set for 3 and 4 June in Melbourne.
