Round 4 of the 2018-19 Australian Women’s Ice Hockey League season has finished with wins for the Adelaide Rush and Sydney Sirens. The Melbourne Ice remain on top of the standings, six points clear of the second placed Sirens. Next week the Brisbane Goannas host the Sirens in a double header at Iceworld Boondall.
