Round 9 of the 2018-19 Australian Women’s Ice Hockey League season has finished with the Perth Inferno and Melbourne Ice picking up a win each from their double header at the Cockburn Ice Arena. The Ice remain at the top of the standings while the Inferno move into third place. Competition resumes on 2 February with the Melbourne Ice hosting the Sydney Sirens and the Adelaide Rush travel to Cockburn to take on the Inferno.
