2019 U18 World Championships: Australia defeats Belgium

The Australian men’s national under-18 team have defeated Belgium 4–2 in their fourth game of the 2019 IIHF Ice Hockey U18 World Championship Division II Group B. In other games of the day the Netherlands beat Croatia 3–2 and Serbia defeated China 6–1. After the end of fourth round Australia remain in fifth place on the standings while the Netherlands have moved up into first place. Australia take on Croatia today in their final match of the tournament. The two teams last met in 2008 at the World Championship Division II Group A tournament where Croatia won 6–1.
