Round 4 of the 2019-20 Australian Women’s Ice Hockey League season has finished with the Sydney Sirens defeating the Brisbane Goannas in both games at the Liverpool Catholic Club Ice Rink. Following their wins the Sirens move back into first place on the standings, edging out the second place Adelaide Rush on goal difference. Next week the Rush host the Goannas and the Sirens travel to Melbourne to take on the Ice.
