The deal will see the team go by the name of “The Adelaide Adrenaline, proudly presented by Hards Transport” for the 2016 season.

Sydney Ice Dogs
– The Ice Dogs have announced the signing of Tomas Manco for the upcoming 2016 AIHL season. Manco is the third former Ice Dog to return to the team and the second to be acquired from the CBR Brave. Manco begun his AIHL career in 2005 with the Sydney Bears before moving across to the Sydney Ice Dogs in 2007. He then took a year out from ice hockey in 2014 before signing for the CBR Brave for the 2015 season.

Brave sign Dunwoodie and Manco

The CBR Brave have announced the signing of David Dunwoodie and Tomas Manco for the upcoming 2015 AIHL season. Dunwoodie comes to the Brave from the Sydney Ice Dogs and was named the 2014 Australian Player of the Year. Manco returns to the AIHL after leaving the Ice Dogs at the end of the 2013 season for undisclosed reasons.

Dunwoodie becomes the third player from the Ice Dogs to sign elsewhere for the 2015 season after the Newcastle North Stars picked up Robert Malloy and Mitch Bye in December.

Manco Returns to Ice Dogs Training

Tomas Manco has returned to training with the Sydney Ice Dogs three months after the team announced that he would not be playing this season. Manco however has confirmed that he is not playing and is just at the training sessions in order to help the team out. Manco’s return comes just one week after the entire Ice Dogs’ coaching panel resigned.
