Round 1 of the 2018 Australian Women’s Tier 2 Show Case Series has finished with the New South Wales Bombers leading the standings, two points clear of the second placed Canberra Pirates. Round 2 is set to be held in Adelaide in July.
In a change during the offseason the Brisbane Blaze have been replaced by the Southern Stars as the competitions Queensland based team. The other change to the competition during the offseason was the withdrawal of Western Australia.
