The Perth Inferno have lost 2–7 to the Northern Knights and 0–2 to the Cockburn Redhawks in Round 16 of the 2021 Ice Hockey WA Division 2A season. At the end of the round the Inferno remain at the bottom of the standings, 24 points behind the Cockburn Blackhawks who lead the league with 29 points. The Inferno return to action on 23 July when they take on the Blackhawks at the Cockburn Ice Arena.
