The National Hockey Super League has completed its 2021 development draft with seven players being picked up. Each team had the option of drafting up to five players and will be able to use them in limited game time where a non-development player is unavailable and they meet the age requirement. The Adelaide Xtreme selected skater Patryk Gasiorowski and goaltender Cooper Davidson-Peacock. The Port Adelaide Brewers drafted goaltender Shane Akkermans and skaters Cameron Cook and Cameron Pope. The Noarlunga Stars selected skaters Yoann Levesque and Tyson Pope.
