The Melbourne Ducks have announced the signing of Ryan Ruddle ahead of the 2022 Pacific Hockey League season. Ruddle has previously played three seasons in the New Zealand Ice Hockey League where he has recorded 53 points from 42 games. In the Australian Ice Hockey League Ruddle spent the 2016 season with the Melbourne Mustangs, playing 23 games and scoring four points. He is also a former member of the New Zealand men’s national team having competed at the 2016 and 2017 World Championships.
