Day 5 of the 2022 Pacific Hockey League season sees the Adelaide Avalanche defeat The Coast at the Adelaide Ice Arena. The Melbourne Ducks remain at the top of the standings, four points clear of the second placed Brisbane Rampage. Competition resumes on 27 May with the Rampage hosting the Avalanche at Iceworld Boondall.
