The Canberra Pirates are currently competing in the 2022 Ice Hockey NSW Women’s League season during the absence of the Australian Women’s Tier 2 Show Case Series. We will be posting monthly updates on the teams progress.
The Canberra Pirates finished August in the 2022 Ice Hockey NSW Women’s League season with a win over the Liverpool Valkyries and losses to the Canterbury Eagles and Newcastle Northstars. At the end of the month the Pirates remain second on the standings, trailing the first placed Sydney Bears by six points. Heading into September the Pirates currently have one game scheduled against the Sydney Bears on 4 September.
