The Sydney Heat roster has been released for the 2023 East Coast Super League season. The Heat kicked their season off on 25 March with a 0–5 loss to the Sydney Bombers. Comparing to the Heat’s 2022 roster new players include Jake Adams, Liam Gleeson, Scott Gumbrell, Cameron Hughes and David Quinn. While players dropped include Danny Blazevic, Mackenzie Bolger, Connor Bolger, Phillip Carson, Alexander Dvinyaninov, Marcus Hosen, Cameron Laws, Vinh Le, Nikita Muravev and Gavin Williams.
