The Perth Thunder have added goaltender Marcus Henderson to their roster for the 2024 Australian Ice Hockey League season. Henderson is currently playing for the West Coast Flyers Orange in Ice Hockey WA’s Premier League where he has a save percentage of 0.820 and a 5.68 goals against average from eleven games. In 2023 he competed in six Ice Hockey WA Premier League games for the West Coast Flyers Blue and finished the season with a save percentage of 0.882. He also recently made his debut for the Australian men’s national under-18 team at the 2024 U18 World Championships, recording a 0.814 save percentage from two games.
