Day 4 of the 2024 Stephanie Boxall National Women’s Championship saw the completion of the preliminary round with wins for Queensland and South Australia. Queensland finished at the top of the standings and advanced to the semifinal against the fourth placed Australian Capital Territory. South Australia finished second and moved through to the semifinal against New South Wales. Western Australia and Victoria meanwhile finish the preliminary round in fifth and sixth place respectively and fail to advance.

In the first semifinal Queensland shutout the Australia Capital Territory 3–0 and in the second semifinal South Australia defeated New South Wales 3–2. Competition resumes tomorrow with Queensland taking on South Australia in the gold medal game while the Australian Capital Territory and New South Wales will play for bronze.
