Canberra Brave’s Matt Harvey has announced that that he will retire from the Australian Ice Hockey League (AIHL) at the end of the 2024 season. Harvey has spent eight seasons in the AIHL between 2014 and 2024, all of which were with the Brave, and was captain of the team that won the 2018 Goodall Cup. At the time of writing, he has competed in 172 AIHL games, recording 49 goals and 98 assists.
