The Australian Ice Hockey League have announced the appointment of Ivan Rapchuk to their board of directors. Rapchuk is currently the general manager and governor of the Brisbane Lightning and previously served as one of their assistant coaches.
The AIHL board is now made up of seven members with Rapchuk joining Garry Dore, Peter Jon Hartshorne, Wayne Hellyer, John Hollingsworth, Joyce Price, and Bob Turner.
