Adelaide Adrenaline forward Kaden Elder has been awarded the Mick McCormack Most Valuable Player Award for the 2024 Australian Ice Hockey League season. Elder played thirty games for the Adrenaline during the regular season, recording twenty-four goals and seventeen assists. He also took over the head coaching duties for the club in June following the departure of Stu Henly. Elder was selected for the award from the ten nominees which had been named at the end of July.
