Ice Hockey Victoria have named the head coaches for four of the upcoming national championships. Three of the four head coaches from 2024 return for their second year with the only change being Darcy Willaert replacing Justin Sheppard as head coach of the State 15 & under team.
- State 13 & under team (Ginsberg): James Galdes
- State 15 & under team (Defris): Darcy Willaert
- State 18 & under team (Tange): Joseph Nyamuka
- Women’s team (Boxall): Emma Poynton
