Ice Hockey New Zealand has released the roster for the New Zealand men’s national team which will compete in the 2025 Trans-Tasman Ice Hockey Challenge against the Australian men’s national team. The three-games series will take place from 7 March to 9 March 2025 at the Paradice Botany in Auckland.
The roster includes three former Australian Ice Hockey League players. Aston Brookes played for the Sydney Bears in 2018 and 2019, Chris Eaden played for the Sydney Bears in 2024, and Remy Sandoy played for the Sydney Ice Dogs in 2016. In addition to the three former players, the Melbourne Mustangs’ Jaxson Lane has been named on the reserves roster.
