Newcastle Northstars have announced the signing of forward Casey Kubara for the upcoming 2025 Australian Ice Hockey League (AIHL) season. Kubara spent 2024 playing for Canberra Brave where he scored 18 goals and 15 assists from 28 games. Since making his league debut in 2012, he has competed in 168 AIHL games and recorded 261 points.
