
Adelaide Adrenaline have announced the signing of Scottish forward Kyle MacPhail for the upcoming 2025 Australian Ice Hockey League (AIHL) season. MacPhail most recently played for Aberdeen Lynx between 2021 and 2024 in the Scottish National League, where he recorded 42 points from 34 games. He also represented Aberdeen in the 2023–24 Scottish Cup, scoring three points in four games.
Prior to joining Aberdeen, MacPhail had spent a season playing for Dundee Comets in the Scottish National League and six seasons playing in the Western Australian Super League. Five of those seasons were with the Cockburn Blackhawks, and one was with the West Coast Flyers. Additionally, he represented Western Australia at three Jim Brown National Championship tournaments between 2013 and 2018.
