The Perth Inferno have lost 2–3 to the West Coast Patriots in Round 15 of the 2021 Ice Hockey WA Division 2A season. At the end of the round the Inferno remain last on the standings, 22 points behind the Cockburn Blackhawks who lead the league with 27 points. The Inferno return to action on 16 July when they take on the Northern Knights at the Perth Ice Arena.
