Round 4 of the 2023 East Coast Super League regular season has finished with the Newcastle Northstars defeating the Sydney Heat 3–0 at the Hunter Ice Skating Stadium. With their win the Newcastle Northstars move into second on the standings, equal on points with the Sydney Bombers who lead with six points and a better win percentage. Competition resumes on 29 April with the Sydney Heat hosting the Reach Rebels at Erina and then on 30 April the Polyflor Raptors take on the Sydney Heat at Macquarie and the Reach Rebels play the Sydney Bombers at Erina.
