Round 6 of the 2019 Australian Ice Hockey League season has finished with wins for the Sydney Bears, Newcastle Northstars, CBR Brave and Perth Thunder. The Northstars remain on top of the standings, six points clear of the second placed Brave. Next week all eight teams are in action across seven games.

2019 ECSL season: Round 9

Round 9 of the 2019 East Coast Super League season has finished with wins for the Sydney Sting and Penrith Raptors. Following their win the Sting move into first place on the standings, edging out the now second placed Nudo Bombers on win percentage. Next week the Newcastle North Stars host the Reach Rebels in the only game of the round.
