2018 World Para Championships: China wins promotion

The 2018 World Para Ice Hockey Championship Pool C tournament has finished with China defeating Finland 5-0 in the final game. As a result of their win China is promoted to Group B for 2019. Australian captain Jarred Liddicoat was named the tournaments most valuable player.

2018 World Para Championships: China shutout Australia

The Australian men’s national para ice hockey team have lost 0-40 to China in their second game of the 2018 World Para Ice Hockey Championship Pool C tournament. Their loss means Australia finish the tournament in last place. The final game of the tournament between China and Finland will be held today to determine who earns promotion to Group B for 2019.

2018 World Para Championships: Australia lose to Finland

The Australian men’s national para ice hockey team have lost 1-6 to Finland in their opening game of the 2018 World Para Ice Hockey Championship Pool C tournament. Captain Jarrod Liddicoat scored the team’s only goal and was named Australia’s most valuable player of the game. Australia take on China today in their final game of the tournament.
