The 2015 Australian International Ice Hockey Cup got underway yesterday with the Canada Maples defeating the USA Eagles 4-3 following a shootout in Game One. The series was then leveled today with the USA Eagles claiming a 5-4 shootout win in Game Two. The tournament is in its seventh year and will run from 27 June to 11 July with games being held at the Sydney Ice Arena and the Erina Ice Arena. Last years tournament was won by the USA Eagles who defeated the Canada Maples six games to three.
