The Australian men’s national team have won their second game of the 2016 IIHF Ice Hockey World Championship Division II Group B tournament, defeating Bulgaria 14-0. Cameron Todd was named best Australian player of the match. In other games of the day Israel defeated North Korea 8-4 and Mexico beat New Zealand 2-1. After the end of the second round Australia have moved to first place in the standings, one point clear of the second place Mexico. The teams have had a rest day today and return to the ice tomorrow with Australia taking on Israel in their third game.
