Series 1 of the 2017 Australian Women’s Tier 2 Show Case Series – East Division has finished with wins for the Canberra Pirates and New South Wales Bombers. At the end of Series 1 the Bombers sit on top of the East Division standings, edging out the Pirates on goal difference. Competition resumes on 29 April when Perth hosts Series 1 of the West Division while Series 2 of the East Division is set for 22 July.
