The 2019 Syd Tange National Championship has finished with South Australia defeating Victoria 4-3 in overtime to claim the gold medal. The tournament was open to players 18 and under and is held between the state associations. This years tournament consisted of teams from New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia, Victoria and Western Australia. The Australian Capital Territory did not send a team after previously appearing in the 2018 tournament. All games were held at the O’Brien Icehouse, Melbourne and the tournament ran from 11 July to 14 July 2019.
