The Sydney Bears have announced that Matthew Burrell will take over the role of general manager from Wayne Hellyer for the 2020 season. Hellyer will continue on at the club in the role of president.
The Bears also announced some other team staff appointments for the 2020 season. Andrew Bourne is named the IT manager, Ruby Bray the merchandise manager, Matthew Burrell the sponsorship manager and Bianca Musico the marketing & PR manager.
