Alastair Band is an Australian-British dual national currently playing for the Haringey Huskies in Division 2 of the National Ice Hockey League. Band has spent most of his playing career in the United Kingdom, playing as high as the English Premier Ice Hockey League in 2009-10 for the Romford Raiders. In addition to playing in the United Kingdom Band has played two seasons for the AIHL’s Canberra Knights, 2010 and 2013, and one for the Southern Stampede in the New Zealand Ice Hockey League in 2019. Band finished the 2019-20 season with the Huskies, recording two assists from four games.
