Forward Reece Lukowiak recently completed his second season with the Banff Hockey Academy. Playing for Banff’s Prep team in the Canadian Sport School Hockey League’s (CSSHL) Midget Prep division Lukowiak finished the 2019-20 season with three points from 28 games. Lukowiak first joined Banff in 2018 where he split his games between their Varsity team in the CSSHL’s Midget Varsity division and the Prep team in the Midget Prep division.
Lukowiak is a former member of the Australian under-18 team, playing at the 2019 U18 World Championships. In the national championships he has represented Western Australia on multiple occasions in the Ginsberg, DeFris and Tange tournaments.
