The Brisbane Goannas have finished Round 3 of the 2020-21 Brisbane United Ice Hockey League Division 3 season with a win and a loss. After sitting out Round 2 on a bye the Goannas returned to action on 14 November where they were defeated 0-3 by the Southern Puckers. The following day the Goannas returned to the ice and picked up their first win of the season by defeating the Southern Drop Bears 2-0. After three rounds the Goannas sit third on the standings, two points behind the league leading Brisbane Spitfires.
Note: After a reasonable delay the score for the Sting and Dragons game has been released. As a result of the Sting winning that game the Goannas get pushed to fourth in the standings (probably shouldn’t have committed the the post title in hindsight).
