Round 1 of the 2021 East Coast Super League has finished with a win for the Newcastle North Stars over the Sydney Heat while the other two games ended in draws. As a result of their win the North Stars finish the round at the top of the standings one point clear of the second placed Reach Rebels. Next week all six teams are in action across three games.
