With the assumed absence of the 2021 Australian Women’s Tier 2 Show Case Series for the Melbourne Chargers we will continue to follow them as they compete in IceHQ’s Beer League competitions. The focus will only be on the Chargers primary team in Pool B4 so we wont include any coverage of their second team which is competing in iceHQ’s Pool C2 competition.
The Melbourne Chargers have lost 3-9 to the Swoopy Boiz in their opening game of the 2021 iceHQ Winter Beer League Pool B4 season. Following their loss the Chargers sit tenth on the standings and are two points behind the Vikings who lead the league on two points. The Charges return to action on 16 May where they will take on the Vikings in their second game of the season.
