The CBR Brave have defeated the Newcastle Northstars 8-4 in game two of the 2021 McCormack Cup. After two games the Brave sit on top of standings, six points clear of both the Northstars and Sydney Ice Dogs. Competition resumes on 15 May with the Brave playing host to the Ice Dogs at the Phillip Ice Skating Centre.
