The Perth Inferno have defeated the Cockburn Blackhawks 4–3 in Round 17 of the 2021 Ice Hockey WA Division 2A season. At the end of the round the Inferno remain at the bottom of the standings, 22 points behind the Blackhawks who lead the league with 29 points. The Inferno return to action on 1 August when they take on the Cockburn Redhawks at the Cockburn Ice Arena.
