The Melbourne Ice have lost 3–10 to the Marauders in their fifth game of the 2021-22 IHV Senior Summer League Division 2 season. The Ice remain third on the standings and are six points behind the Braves who currently lead the league. The Ice are back in action on 31 January when they take on the Braves at the Oakleigh Olympic Ice Skating Centre.
