The Port Adelaide Brewers have defeated the Adelaide Xtreme in game twelve of the 2021-22 National Hockey Super League season. Despite their loss the Xtreme claim the regular season title, edging out the Brewers due to their greater number of regulation wins. Competition resumes on 25 February with the Brewers and Xtreme facing off for game one of the best-of-five playoff series.
