The Adelaide Avalanche have announced the signing of Steve Best, Daniel Chen and Jeremy Friederich ahead of the 2022 Pacific Hockey League season.

– Steve Best: Currently playing with the Port Adelaide Brewers in the National Hockey Super League (NHSL) and was part of the Adelaide Adrenaline during the 2019 AIHL season. Played in 134 AIHL games and recorded 50 points.
– Daniel Chen: Most recently with the Noarlunga Stars in the NHSL where he recorded four goals and three assists from five games.
– Jeremy Friederich: Currently playing with the Adelaide Xtreme in the NHSL and was part of the Adelaide Adrenaline during the 2019 AIHL season. Played in seven AIHL games, posting a 8.31 goals against average and a 84.6 save percentage.
