The Sydney Ice Dogs have appointed Jason Kvisle to the position of head coach. Kvisle replaces Ondrej Cervenka who had coached the team since March 2022 and since returned home to the Czech Republic. Kvisle most recently coached the Sydney Sabres in the 2022–23 AJIHL season. He is also the assistant coach of the Australian under-20 men’s national team which will be competing at the World Championships in January.
