The 2023 Australian Ice Hockey League season ran from 15 April 2023 to 27 August 2023 and featured the Adelaide Adrenaline, Brisbane Lightning, CBR Brave, Central Coast Rhinos, Melbourne Ice, Melbourne Mustangs, Newcastle Northstars, Perth Thunder, Sydney Bears and Sydney Ice Dogs.
