The final day of the 2023 Phillip Ginsberg National Championship has finished with Western Australia defeating New South Wales 3–0 to claim the gold medal. Western Australia had advanced to the gold medal game following their semifinal win against Victoria while New South Wales had qualified after defeating South Australia in their semifinal. In the bronze medal game South Australia defeated Victoria 3–2.
