The Sydney Sabres have released their roster for the 2023–24 Australian Junior Ice Hockey League season. Compared to the Sabres’ 2022–23 roster, it includes seven returning players and 16 new signings, while 11 players have been released.
The new players include Gregory Chystyakov, Declan Devine, Connor Dowell, Ryan Duchemin (from Northern Wolf Pack), Joshua Kowalczyk, Mika Laajunen, Noah McMillan, Milos Mickoski, Matt Montgomery (from Northern Wolf Pack), Oscar Noone (from Northern Wolf Pack), Stepan Olkin, Tyrone Oxlade (from Northern Wolf Pack), David Quinn, Kal Rash, Callum Wardlaw, and Jerry Zhou.
The players released are Mackenzie Bolger, Brad Demmitt, Luka Dimopoulos, James Douchkov, Zigmond Janiszewski, Eugene Ju, Brendan Kleipas, Timothy McGrath, Thomas Moncrieff, Nikita Muravev, and Taegan Rippon.
In team staff changes Nikolas Dimopoulos joins as head coach, replacing Jason Kvisle, and Natalie Quinn is named the team manager.
