The Sun Devils have defeated the Melbourne Glaciers 8–4 in the third-place game of the 2023–24 Australian Junior Ice Hockey League playoffs at the Hunter Ice Skating Stadium. The Sun Devils had qualified for the match after losing to the Sydney Sabres in yesterday’s semifinals and the Glaciers had progressed following their semifinal loss to the Adelaide Generals.
